Mogalakwena is ideally positioned on the Mogalakwena River, 35 km from its confluence with the Limpopo River. It is situated on about 4000ha of bushveld with abundant wildlife.

CEREMONY
A perfect wedding starts with an unforgettable setting!
TrouBos is situated on the banks of the Mogalakwena River. In the shade of large indigenous trees, walk down the wedding alley befitting your grand entrance and say your vows in front of our stunning and out-of-the-ordinary chapel.
With seating for 120 people, your guests will enjoy breathtaking views of the River and surrounding bushveld.
RECEPTION
Our Event Centre is perfect for weddings, receptions, outdoor cocktail parties and banquets. It can accommodate 120 people for a sit-down dinner and 150 people for a cocktail function.
FACILITIES
A professional kitchen, fireplace, lounge, cloakrooms, bars and beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the river make this venue the perfect location for the bridal party to gather and celebrate. And for a full night festivity, our 80m2 dance floor offers guests the magic to dance under the stars.
MENU
We offer a large choice of wedding menu options designed to fit every taste and budget. From sophisticated, hand crafted menus tailored to your theme to cocktails and small bites, our team will allow your guests to savour delicious meals in a stunning setting.

We can personalise every detail and arrange for you additional facilities such as table decorations, wedding cake, guest gifts, hiring tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, photographer, etc.

We offer event venue and inspiration for groups of all interests, from a small meeting or large conferences to birthday parties.
Our Conference Centre seats up to 50 people. The space includes a bar, flat-screen television and an 80m2 outdoor terrace, perfect for executive meetings or hospitality functions.
AL FRESCO DINING
We offer memorable outdoor dining experiences around the lapa (outdoor round-shaped area with a central fireplace), deck and swimming pool, overlooking the river. The cracking of the fire and the smell of freshly prepared food will make this a perfect end to an exciting day.
BUSH DINNER
Nothing is quite so 'Safari' as a traditional Bush Dinner under a canopy of stars.
Experience a unique dinner in the heart of the bush, in the reserve, created with the freshest local products. Just sit down, relax and enjoy the different sounds of the South African bush around you.
